Introduction
We build heavy-duty halogen space heaters for industrial spots where you need focused, radiant heat. These units are all about packing serious wattage into a small footprint, so you get steady, predictable output—exactly when air heating just can’t get the job done.
What Makes Them Tick
At the heart of these heaters are high-wattage halogen tubes, chosen for demanding, long-running cycles. We’re talking power that really stacks up—think 2500W and beyond—paired with a 400V supply. That setup lowers the current on the branch circuit, so wiring runs stay simpler and easier to manage. Tube length is matched to the spot you need to hit. For example, a 300mm tube narrows the beam, so you get intense heat right where you want it—tight and focused—instead of spreading warmth all over the place.
Built to Last
The quartz envelope handles rapid heating and cooling without cracking, and the halogen fill keeps the filament stable even at scorching temperatures. A reflective coating sends infrared energy straight forward, so more of the heat lands on the work—not on the housing. And we use an R7s connector because it holds tight at high temps and can be swapped quickly on the line. No fuss, just dependable connections.
Where They Shine
These heaters are a natural fit for spot heating, process pre-heat, and equipment enclosures. The high heat density means fast response—great for keeping things moving. But it also means the surrounding components need thoughtful thermal management. Plan for proper clearances and make sure you have enough cooling or ventilation to keep ambient temperatures in check. This configuration is built to take a beating and deliver repeatable output, day after day.
